Hadar Orkibi is a U.S. citizen, full-time real estate investor, and asset manager with more than two decades of experience building and operating income-producing real estate portfolios.
His investing journey began early through family exposure to rental properties and later evolved into professional real estate investing across multiple markets and asset types. Over the years, Hadar has implemented numerous strategies, including house flipping, subdivisions, new construction projects, commercial triple-net lease investments, joint ventures, and multifamily acquisitions.
Today, through MFI Holding, Hadar focuses primarily on acquiring and operating value-add multifamily apartment communities across the United States, applying disciplined asset management, conservative underwriting, and long-term portfolio strategy.
A core strength of Hadar’s approach is operational execution after acquisition. His work emphasizes performance tracking, risk management, market discipline, and building systems that allow properties to perform consistently across market cycles.
In addition to his investment activities, Hadar is co-founder of MIH Mastermind, an investor community where experienced operators help both new and seasoned investors build sustainable multifamily investing careers through education, partnership alignment, and operational discipline.
