Cole has been in Real Estate for 10 years. He started out by purchasing distressed single-family homes in Central Arkansas. He would live in the properties while they were being renovated, once renovations were complete, he would move out, and rent the property. This has helped Cole build a reasonable portfolio of single-family homes.
Cole’s main role in his business is project management. From the time a property is purchased, to the sell, he is managing contractors, building relationships with investors, and making sure that each project is staying on track. A part from project management, Cole also handles the day to day operations of property management of his personal portfolio.
Nowadays, Cole has shifted his focused to multifamily apartments investing. He will have his first 30 unit apartment building re-positioned by
the end of 2019.
