As part of the underwriting team, Neil does more than add numbers. With passion for real estate investing, Neil analyzes deals with meticulous attention to details. He can often be found at seminars and conferences where he stretches his knowledge of the latest trends.
After transferring from NYPD to the FDNY, Neil became a lieutenant and the leader of his Engine Company. Realizing his desire to continue to serve the community after retirement, Neil went on to co-found the largest preschool in his county and created a Real Estate Group where he teaches others about the magic of investing. Neil also builds houses for those in need through the local Habitat for Humanity chapter. In his spare time he enjoys spending time with his 2 children and wife of 20 years and keeping busy with fly-fishing and wood-turning.
